Warranty Policy
Our warranty covers all new e-bikes for one year from the date of purchase, free from manufacturing defects. If your e-bike meets our maintenance standards, we will repair it and cover all related parts, fees, and labor. If you require a repair or a part is not covered by our warranty, please let us know and we will do our best to assist you—typically, we can diagnose the issue and ship a replacement part for you to purchase. If your e-bike needs to be returned for repair, we will work with you to minimize cost and effort.
We will replace any part damaged in shipping. Shipping damage must be reported to us within 7 days of arrival. This applies to all products, including bicycles and accessories.
We may request additional documentation (such as videos or photos) to assist in accurately diagnosing the issue and processing warranty claims. Most warranty parts are shipped within 1-10 business days after a customer service representative submits the request to our system. We will not ship a replacement part until we have provided us with proof of delivery.
Warranty parts are shipped via UPS First Class, FedEx Express, or DHL, depending on the size of the part. Expedited service is not available for warranty parts.
Components such as chains, tires, wheels, inner tubes, battery handles, brake pads, cables and housings, grips, and spokes are considered consumable parts. These parts wear out during normal use and are not covered by the warranty. You are responsible for replacing and maintaining these worn parts. Any unauthorized modifications or repairs are not covered by the warranty and may void your warranty. To request warranty service, please contact our online support. Returning bicycles or parts without proper documentation may result in delayed service or loss of warranty coverage.
The following parts and damage are not covered by the warranty:
Consumable items such as brake pads, tires, inner tubes, and normal wear and tear of all components.
E-bike damage, malfunctions, or performance issues caused by collision, fire, accident, environmental conditions (including acid rain, volcanic ash, sea salt, bird droppings, hail, or UV exposure), overloading, lack of routine care and maintenance, and/or other causes are not covered by the warranty. Misuse of the e-bike is not covered by the warranty.
The following conditions or activities will void your warranty:
Excessive weight or speed (see product description for limitations for your model).
Exposing the e-bike or battery to ambient temperatures above 100°F or below 0°F for more than a few hours.
Exposing the e-bike to floods, storms, hail, or other similar events.
Submerging the e-bike in any liquid.
Attempting to modify the program of any electronic system.
Improper battery maintenance (see manual).
Warranty Claim Process
1. To claim your warranty, you will need to provide visual evidence (photos and videos) of the defect. This evidence should be sent to us along with a text message.
2. If our customer service team determines that a manufacturing defect has occurred, we will ship you a new replacement part.
3. Only one replacement part is available during the warranty period.
